He didn’t suddenly find courage when he stood before Goliath. He had already seen God’s faithfulness in the secret place.
The sheep were his responsibility before the giant became his assignment.
Never underestimate the quiet seasons. The battles no one sees, the prayers no one hears, and the obedience that receives no applause may be preparing you for something greater than you realize.
